AAQSoftware respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Visualizer Studio handles information when you use the app.

Visualizer Studio is a lightweight video editor that allows you to create and export videos using images, video clips, audio, text, waveforms, shapes, effects, animations, transitions and masks. The app is designed to perform its editing and export workflow locally on your device.

02Data Collection

Visualizer Studio does not collect, store, transmit or share personal data through its current app features.

The app does not collect:

• Your name, email address or contact details.
• Usage analytics, advertising identifiers or tracking information.
• Location information, contacts or browsing history.
• Your user-created projects, imported media or exported videos.

03Accounts and Sign-In

Visualizer Studio does not require registration or account creation. The app does not use Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Facebook login or any other external user-authentication service.

04User-Selected Files and Media

Visualizer Studio lets you choose files to create and edit video projects. Selected files may include images, video clips, audio files, subtitle or related project assets, and saved Visualizer Studio project files.

The app accesses only files you choose through system file-selection interfaces, files you save from the app, or files contained in a project you open. Imported content is used locally for editing, previewing, saving and exporting. AAQSoftware does not receive, upload, monitor or store those files.

05Project Files and Exported Videos

Projects created in Visualizer Studio are saved locally in locations selected by you. Exported videos are also saved locally or shared only when you initiate a sharing action through your system or another service.

AAQSoftware does not access your saved project documents, timeline content, imported audio/images/videos, exported video files or other content you create using the app.

06Device Permissions and Access

Visualizer Studio may require access to files and folders you select in order to import media, open projects, save documents and export completed videos. File access granted through macOS is used only to perform actions requested by you.

The current version does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts or location for its editing workflow.

07Internet Connection and External Services

The current version of Visualizer Studio does not require external online services for its core editing and export functions. The app does not send your project content or selected media assets to AAQSoftware servers or third-party processing services.

08Advertising and Tracking

Visualizer Studio does not contain advertising and does not use tracking technologies in its current version. The app does not use your activity or content for advertising, profiling or marketing measurement.

09User-Created Content

Visualizer Studio allows you to create and export your own videos locally. The app does not provide a public feed, community gallery, user-profile publishing system, comment system or marketplace for distributing user-created content to others.

Any sharing of an exported video occurs only when you choose to share that file through an application or service outside Visualizer Studio.

10Children's Privacy

Visualizer Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users because it does not collect personal information through its current features.

11Data Security

Because Visualizer Studio does not transmit or store your projects or media on AAQSoftware servers, your project files and exported content remain under your control on your device and in any storage location you choose.

You are responsible for managing your local files, backups, file access permissions and the sharing of exported content.

12Future Features

If a future release introduces features that affect privacy, such as cloud storage, user accounts, analytics, artificial intelligence processing, online model downloads, collaboration, advertising or public content sharing, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or alongside the release of those features.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

AAQSoftware may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app changes, legal requirements or improvements in transparency. Any updated version will be published on the AAQSoftware website with a revised effective date.
