This privacy policy explains how AAQSoftware handles data for Balls and Holes on the App Store and Google Play.

Information Stored On Your Device

Balls and Holes stores gameplay data locally on your device, including level progress, scores, coins, gems, powers, settings, tutorials, achievements, selected themes, downloaded theme package status, and purchase unlock status. This local gameplay data is used only to run the game and restore your progress on the same device.

In-App Purchases

Balls and Holes offers optional in-app purchases through Apple StoreKit on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Apple or Google may process purchase-related data such as purchase history and transaction status. AAQSoftware does not receive your payment card details. The game uses purchase status only to unlock purchased coins, gems, powers, level packs, themes, or game packs, and to prevent duplicate purchase rewards.

Rewarded Ads

Balls and Holes uses Unity Ads to offer optional rewarded video ads, such as rewards for coins, reviving a level, or opening a level. Unity Ads may collect and share data such as approximate location, user IDs or other identifiers, purchase history, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or other IDs including the advertising ID when available. This data may be used for advertising or marketing, analytics, app functionality, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Theme Package Downloads

The game may download purchased or unlocked visual theme packages from AAQSoftware servers over HTTPS. These requests identify the requested theme package and include a game download token. They do not require an account, name, email address, contacts, location, photos, camera access, or microphone access.

What The Game Does Not Use

No social login or account creation is included.
No cloud save, chat, user-generated content, or leaderboard is included.
No precise GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library access is requested.

Data Sharing

AAQSoftware does not sell user data. Purchase processing is handled by Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing according to each store's own terms and privacy practices. Unity Ads may receive the ad-related data described above when rewarded ads are loaded or watched. Theme download requests are used only to deliver the requested game content.

Retention And Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game. Because Balls and Holes does not create AAQSoftware user accounts, there is no account profile for AAQSoftware to delete. If you contact us about a purchase or support issue, we will use your message only to respond to your request.
